The KTA Kettlebell Instructor Course is an effective training system that focuses on the movement patterns that the body requires to move efficiently. Why Risk Injury?!
There is only one correct way to swing a kettlebell! Having an understanding of the mechanics of the swing will help you move your client away from risking a lower back injury. Why? Because naturally-performed swings are counter-productive to optimal swing movement and put your client in a HIGH-RISK category for injury due to pulling forces through the back. The kettlebell swing is NOT a squat and a front raise!

This includes breaking down each kettlebell movement strategically, so that you can have a complete understanding of why and when to use them, and exactly how they affect your client. The Details
- Prerequisites: Some resistance training experience is required – ie familiar with basic exercise. No previous kettlebell training is necessary. Non fitness industry persons are welcome to attend and are catered for.
- National Occupational Standards: Mapped against D437, D438, D439, D444, core level 3 accreditation: 8 CPD/CEC/PDP points are awarded
- Course running time: 1 Full Day: 9am – 6pm unless otherwise notified
- Certification: Assessments are taken on the day and are technique orientated

- Early bird enrolment £199 - It is recommended that you enrol at least 2 weeks prior to the course as places fill up early.
